Our Privacy Commitments
At Lexi AI Tech (“Lexi AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), your privacy is fundamental to how we build and operate our products. Here are our core commitments:
- No AI training: We do not use your data to train any AI models - including our own - and we do not allow third-party providers to train on your data either.
- We don't store audio recordings: We process your voice to create text, but we do not keep the raw audio recording after processing is done.
- We never sell your data: Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
- Encrypted by default: All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Lexi AI desktop application and related services (collectively, “the Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not access or use the Service.

- Transcriptions and documents: Text generated from your voice input, meetings, summaries, and other content you create using the Service.

- Device information: Operating system, app version, device type, device language, and system performance metrics.

Payment processing is handled by our payment processor, Paddle. We do not store your full credit card number or bank account details. We may receive limited payment information from Paddle such as card type, last four digits, and billing address for record-keeping purposes. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for our transactions, handling billing, tax compliance, and refunds on our behalf.
Third-Party Account Data
If you sign in or link your account using a third-party service (e.g., Google or Apple), we may receive your name, email address, and profile information from that service in accordance with their privacy policies and your authorization settings.
